The Wild Horse Pass Community Offices is a 76,000 SF three-story Class A office building located at Wild Horse Pass in the Gila River Indian Community just south of Phoenix. The project is designed to house the community offices of the Tribal Water Rights and Gaming Offices as well as other community departments and was completed in March of 2006. This building is the first of a three-phase project, which will total 230,000 SF of professional office space that Wild Horse Pass will offer to interested companies.
