The project entailed the conversion of a portion of the Glencroft Retirement Community campus into assisted living (personal care).
The 32 units affected were remodeled and upgraded to include accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers and new kitchenettes. Additions included a new vaulted dining hall for 48 with a warming kitchen, an assisted tub room, lounge, and laundry. Also included were offices and a new and secure entry building that gives this refurbished portion of the campus its own unique identity.
