McCarty on Monroe

McCarty on Monroe is a 95,000 SF three-story residential building for low income, affordable senior housing. The project consists of 69 apartments: 66 one-bedroom units (690-800 SF in size) and three two-bedroom (1,200 SF) units. On the ground floor, the facility houses approximately 5,000 SF of resident amenities and common areas including a multi-purpose room, activity room, support kitchen, lounge, management offices and related service areas.
In addition, the ground floor provides 60 parking spaces beneath the residential levels. The design of the building is centered around a grand, lushly landscaped courtyard at the ground level with direct access from the common area amenity rooms. Each residential unit is designed to face into this courtyard as well as views of the surrounding neighborhood through the use of a front porch and rear balcony.
