Virtual Project

Virtual Project was designed by Orcutt | Winslow's software development team to be the basis of our project management. It contains all of the relevant information related to a project including fee, schedule, consultants, project directory and many other items. All architects log time to projects through Virtual Project and with that data tracks project budget.

Virtual Project also keeps track of all consultant information relating to a project. This includes consultant fees, invoices, and payments on those invoices.

To help with Project Management, the software includes functionality that allows architects to create most of the documents needed for their projects. This workflow allows outside contractors to fill out the documents online and submit them to the project architect who can then respond to them online.

Orcutt | Winslow designed Virtual Project to allow owners, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and others to access project information. Personal client websites can also be created for clients to track their progress.
