Beatitudes Campus Promenade Residences

As part of the 27-acre redevelopment project that plans to rethink the concept of a Life Plan Community, The Beatitudes Campus Promenade Residences is a huge step towards that plan. The goal of the revitalized campus is to stay in keeping with the Beatitudes Campus' four core values: compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence. The hope is to create a place where the inherent dignity and self-worth of each person, both staff and residents, is realized to its full potential. The four-story Promenade Residences feature well-appointed apartments that emphasize a connection to nature with large windows, balconies, and views to the mountains and city a generous size entry lobby and lounges on each floor allow residents to gather and socialize in numerous locations throughout the building. The L-shaped building partially encloses a nicely appointed and landscaped garden area that creates another focal point for resident activities and interaction. With future phases to completely revamp the campus, The Promenade Residences will set in a stone an already large step in the right direction of putting Beatitudes Campus as a model community for senior living.
