Bridgewater by Solterra Avondale

Bridgewater by Solterra at Avondale is a new two-story, assisted living care facility in Avondale, Arizona.  This project includes three levels of senior living: independent senior apartments assisted living and memory care. The proposed development is over 168,000 S.F. and features a sprawling, craftsman residential architecture.
The interior amenities include three dining venues, multiple activity lounges, coffee bar, two fitness centers and caregiver support program spaces.
Outdoor amenities include walking trail, raised gardens, shuffle board, outdoor dining patio and secure memory care garden. The founding design standard for the units is based on the "Green House" concept which mimics the look of a large house in which the resident rooms are kept rather simple and small and the common areas are oversized to encourage residents to wander freely throughout the secured unit.
