Campo Bello Elementary School

This project involves the demolition and replacement of the existing school buildings, with the exception of one which is scheduled to remain with minimal upgrades. Two new buildings will be constructed along with new parking lots, fire lanes, and playfields.  When complete, the new campus with serve Grades PreK-5 with a maximum occupancy of 800 students. Construction was phased and occurred on an occupied campus.
