LSU Health Shreveport Master Plan

Campuses with multiple tenants, numerous clinical missions, and varied stakeholders require an organized and collaboration-building approach to site and facility master planning. Site and facility planning services have been provided to LSUHSC through our “Comprehensive and Collaborative Planning Process”. The results of the planning engagement is that LSU HSC now has valuable information that serves the micro and macro campus decisions that will take place for years to come. Understanding management issues such as property holdings/acquisition strategies to locating major campus additions now can be made with the entire campus’s and stakeholder’s future in mind. This is an excellent example of a complex campus being analyzed and planned via a collaborative process which helped to solidify a campus-wide strategy for future development. Our talented staff and our process were valuable partners in the future of the LSU Health Science Center.
