Pensacola Event Center Masterplan

The Pensacola Masterplan includes a Multi-Use Master Plan featuring a 145,000SF Event Center/Ice Rink. It also includes a 10,000 seats Restaurant, Hotel, Commercial, Retail Buildings that totals 200,000 SF. The event center itself is phased and adds a new experience to the development each phase bringing new opportunities to the city of Pensacola for the next 50 years.
