Pueblo Norte Senior Living Community

Pueblo Norte is an upscale retirement community on 22 acres in North Scottsdale, Arizona, that offers a full range of senior services including, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab and hospice care. A need for enhanced rehabilitation services presented the owners with an opportunity to transform an existing skilled nursing wing into a state-of-the-art rehabilitation unit.

The “Rehab to Home” Rehabilitation Unit became an 8,900 SF transformation that provides a high end, personalized healing environment for patients recovering from surgery or injuries. Within the home, existing semi-private rooms were converted to private suites and bathrooms were enlarged and reconfigured. Entries to individual suites were recessed to provide identity and add interest to the long hallway. A private lounge and dining area was added to provide high-end and personalized services to the patients of this unit. In addition to 16 private suites, with private bathrooms, the unit includes a dedicated state of the art rehabilitation gym, aquatic therapy, gourmet dining and spa style accommodations in a warm residential setting providing a hospitality experience for patients during their extended stay.
