Self-Certification

Orcutt | Winslow is a Self-Certified firm which means we can certify our designs with the city to make sure they are compliant with the codes and regulations. Several of our architects went through an application process and class to become Self-Certified with the state of Arizona. By doing this, Self-Certification bypasses the traditional process of city submittal and dramatically reduces the time. What once took two months to be permitted, now only takes two weeks.
