Spring Cypress Senior Living

Spring Cypress is an 18-acre senior living community located in Harris County, Texas. The campus will consist of an existing assisted living building, a 95-unit three-story independent living building, a pair of 12-unit three-story hybrid home buildings and 10 single-story cottage duplexes.  The site has a central drive lined with trees on both sides and a round-about at the end of the drive that connects the assisted living building and the independent living building. Site amenities for the residents include a large pond, walking trails and garden spaces with covered grill areas.

The independent living building has several amenities to promote a fun and active lifestyle for the residents. The building has a wine bar and bistro and the enclosed courtyard has a pool with cabana for private relaxation. On the roof, there is a garden space for yoga with a gym to promote active living. The hybrid homes are similar to luxury condominiums with balconies and attached garage spaces for all the residents on the first floor. The cottages are single-story homes with vaulted ceilings, garages and individual courtyards that connect to the community garden spaces. The buildings are a Texas ranch-style with raw wood and rough-cut stone that highlight the architectural features of the buildings and unify all the buildings to create a campus feel.
