Kristine Millar, CPSM

Principal, Creative Services Leader

Anyone who knows Kristine knows she is a semi-professional juggler who is always ready to toast you with her “glass half full". She considers the world her office, full of new ideas, people to meet and places to explore. Kristine offers a global perspective on the markets she serves. It is her passion to find the great ideas within other industries and apply them to the practice of architecture and design—implementing excellence from companies like Uber, Eno, Apple and others into architectural design and promotion. These applications build upon the relationship to facilities design and a “behind the scenes” view of implementing customer engagement. She brings an energetic perspective to the firm’s mission and will use her personal and professional expertise to continue to advance the organization in its efforts to support and promote this field and its upcoming challenges.

The Experience Economy and the many topics surrounding experiential design, within all mediums, are a particular focus for Kristine. Her work has included facilitating and implementing operational strategy as well as strategic marketing efforts within A/E/C and client-related organizations leading the southwest market. In addition, her team of “marketeers” developed a stand-alone studio within Orcutt | Winslow to meet the needs of outside clients in graphic design and branding. She has served as a juror for national marketing and architectural design awards programs, helped the firm claim the 2004 AIA State Architectural Firm of the Year and 2005/06 AIA Western Mountain Region Firm of the Year. Her team has also earned various national awards for design excellence. Kristine serves as a committee or board member on various civic and industry groups and regularly volunteers within the community, all of which can be translated into new and fresh ideas for her firm’s future.
