Neil Terry, AIA
Partner, Senior Living Leader
Neil found his pathway to architecture through his love of general and technical design work. He’s spent over 34 years in the design world and gained hundreds of defining experiences that have shaped him into the position of a managing partner at Orcutt | Winslow. One of those memorable experiences was with founding partner and mentor, Paul Winslow, when they spent 3 weeks in Hawaii designing a new school - totally immersed in the community and design of the project. Neil developed a strong belief in participation (one of the firm’s mantras) during this experience… and has gained a strong hands-on approach with his team to deliver personalized service to his clients ever since. One of the reasons he has stayed in the architectural field and chose the areas of thought leadership in healthcare, senior living, and Native American work, are the relationships he’s built with great people and the communities they serve.
