The University of Louisville sought recreational design expertise and creativity when planning a new Division I soccer stadium on the Belknap Campus. New Division 1 soccer stadium. This facility seats 6,000 fans, has a natural grass pitch, training, office and clubhouse space & has been designed to attract Conference Championships & other large-scale events around the region. The nationally-ranked program required a facility that will enhance recruitment and bolster the attendance for the program and become another tremendous community asset. This LEED Silver certified complex will not only serve to train, support and be home to the Cardinal Soccer teams — it will also attract conference championships and other large-scale events around the region.
Other amenities include a press box, concession stands and locker rooms for visiting teams, Seating for 3,500, additional berm seating for 2,500, Birdair 24,000 SF PTFE fiberglass canopy roof over the grandstands, Training and office Facilities, 80 X 120 Yard Natural Grass, Pitch, Digital Scoreboard, Clubhouse, Integrated Fan.
