Madinaty VGIII Villas & Community Service Facilities

The newest section of the Madinaty master plan will consist of residential villas and two neighborhood service centers in a “Modern-Contemporary” style. Each service center will feature a Mosque, a Nursery, a Supermarket, an Administrative Building, and a public plaza. Multiple shaded areas and water features will enhance the hot/arid microclimate. Bike paths and public parks are provided to promote walkability and outdoor recreation.
