Morgan Center

The renovated Morgan Center is an adaptive reuse of the 1930 Morgan Indoor Tennis Center, which now serves as a conference center and banquet hall. The Morgan Center is a perfect addition to the resort’s collection of stunning conference and event venues. While the interior was completely re-purposed, the Victorian era façade and the original system of massive overhead beams and skylights remain intact. 

The Morgan Center provides a perfect wedding or meeting room location with its large open floor plan and soaring ceiling heights. This historic building features 4,900 SF of meeting space on the ground level, a 900 SF mezzanine, a grand foyer and a 2,500 SF banquet kitchen allowing staff to serve a variety of fare for any special occasion. A focal point of Jekyll Island’s famed National Historic Landmark district, the Morgan Center embraces the over 100 year old legacy of the original Jekyll Island Club while providing a state-of-the-art facility for gatherings.
